The Management Trainee leads the daily operational and financial excellence of the outlet by exercising great leadership and decision-making that supports operational standards. • 2 years of experience in community engagement, events, alumni relations, or related roles.

• A collaborative team player with the flexibility to support occasional evening or weekend events.

• Willing to travel independently overseas to support alumni events when required.

Key Responsibilities

1. Payroll Processing

• Utilize payroll software to process transactions, including salary calculations, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
• Handle complex adjustments, such as leaves, benefits, and allowances.
• Ensure accurate payment to employees on scheduled dates

2. Payroll Administration

• Submit monthly CPF contributions to the CPF Board.
• Prepare and submit annual IR8A forms to IRAS.
• Handle tax clearance for foreign workers.
• Manage exit procedures, including discharge letters and final payment.

3. Compliance and Accuracy

• Verify the accuracy of payroll data entered and addressing discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Facilitate audits by providing records and documentation to auditors.

4. Other Administrative Tasks

• Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned.
• Prepares and submits to Finance Department a monthly payroll report showing the breakdown of salary costs by department for month end financial reporting purposes.
• Prepare payroll accounting entries for Finance.
• Prepare payroll audit schedules or month end closing.
• Prepare payroll budget.

• Proven experience in complex payroll processing for a large company.
• Proficient in Prosoft and Excel.
• Attention to detail, confidentiality handling and effective communication.

Summary of Job Description

To provide support to the overall Hospital Information System (HIS) and its integration with other clinical & business systems by providing in-depth technical skills to analyse, evaluate, propose and implement ideal solutions to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users to gather, define and analyse requirements. Recommend and/or design technical solution for business requirements (including providing the necessary configuration setup), hands-on deployment and document the overall solution / workflow.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to convey ideas clearly, actively listening to the stakeholders, providing constructive feedback, and fostering understanding and collaboration within the team, users and vendors.
• Work closely with vendors to test and validate their delivery as well as support business users in the User Acceptance Test.
• Manage the end-to-end project implementation together with internal and external teams, i.e: Business Users, IT-PM, Infrastructure, Infor Security, Vendors.
• Provide 24x7 production support and troubleshooting together with internal and external users and vendors when required.
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
• Self-driven individual who is able to work independently as well as in a team.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems or equivalent.
• Having 4 or more years of hands-on working experience in a system / application analyst or similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• A self-starter who is assertive, independent and can work on multiple concurrent projects.
• Must be able to handle multiple simultaneous tasks and to prioritize multiple requests.
• A service-oriented team player with keen eye on details and able to communicate both verbally and in writing with various groups.
• Initiates discussions with users or external groups to resolve issues.
• Successful track record in project management, user and vendor management.
• Understanding of Hospital Information System (HIS) application and workflow is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) would be an added advantage.
