Responsibilities:
Handle sales enquiries from walk-in customers, phone calls, and email.
Prepare quotation for customers.
Ensure full collection of payments for all generated orders.
Provide after sales service to customer to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Compiling of customer's leads data and submit reports to the coordinator.
Ordering replenishment of sample books.
Requirements:
2 years experienced in the related field or customer service role, preferably in the home furnishings or decor industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
