Key Responsibilities

• Perform refraction for paediatric and adult patients
• Prescribe and dispense spectacles and contact lenses
• Perform comprehensive paediatric eye assessments
• Conduct contact lens fitting, reviews, and aftercare
• Operate ophthalmic diagnostic equipment
• Educate and counsel patients and parents on myopia management
• Assist in pre-operative and post-operative patient care

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Optometry
• Fully registered with the Optometrists & Opticians Board (OOB), Singapore
• Experience in paediatric optometry and myopia management preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable managing children and counselling parents
• Patient-focused and proactive
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Role Overview

You will support the day-to-day accounting and finance operations of the company, ensuring accurate financial records, smooth processing of transactions, and timely coordination of finance-related matters. This role is suitable for candidates with a basic accounting foundation who are eager to learn and grow within a structured finance function.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily finance and accounting operations
• Perform accounting data entry and maintain accurate financial records
• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions
• Process invoices, receipts, payments, and supporting documentation promptly and accurately
• Assist with bank reconciliations and basic financial documentation
• Maintain proper filing and organisation of finance records and documents
• Liaise with internal stakeholders regarding finance-related matters when required
• Support ad-hoc finance duties, reporting tasks, and operational projects assigned by the Finance Manager

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines
