Job Summary:
As a Finance Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day finance operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining proper documentation, and assisting in monthly and yearly closing activities. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and internal financial procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
Maintain proper documentation and filing of all accounting records.
Monitor accounts receivables collections and follow up on outstanding payments.
Prepare and process payments including supplier invoices, staff claims, and statutory payments.
Prepare and generate weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports and supporting schedules.
Perform month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities and ensure all journals and transactions are recorded correctly.
Preparation for annual & quarterly budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
Handle SST submission and ensure compliance with SST and other statutory requirements.
Preparation of audit schedules, supporting documents, and draft audited financial statements for external audit purposes.
Handle corporate income tax matters, including tax estimation, preparation and timely submission of tax filings.
Monitor the company’s fixed assets, update the fixed assets register and assets tagging by ensuring all fixed assets invoice copies are proper filing.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other external parties when required.
Undertake any other tasks and responsibilities assigned when required.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Advertising Executive or Digital/Media Buyer to support our team in daily ad execution and data reporting tasks.

Job Summary
The Business Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and executing marketing initiatives for the company’s aesthetic product portfolio in Malaysia. This role is an individual contributor position that requires hands-on management of sales activities, key account development, and marketing execution targeting aesthetic clinics, dermatologists, and plastic surgeons.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Drive sales and achieve revenue targets for the aesthetic product portfolio in Malaysia.
Identify and develop new business opportunities with aesthetic clinics, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and medical centers.
Manage and grow relationships with key customers and clinic chains.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with customers.
Develop territory plans and execute sales strategies to expand market coverage.
Marketing Execution
Plan and execute marketing activities such as workshops, seminars, and product demonstrations for aesthetic practitioners.
Work with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to increase product awareness and clinical adoption.
Support local marketing campaigns, digital promotions, and product launches.

Product Training & Support
Provide product training to doctors, clinic staff, and distributors when required.

Reporting

Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine (MBBS/MD), Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, Marketing, or related discipline.
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years experience in aesthetic, pharmaceutical, or medical device sales.
Experience dealing with aesthetic clinics, dermatologists, or plastic surgeons is preferred.
Proven ability to independently manage a territory and achieve sales targets.
Skills
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills.
Good understanding of the aesthetic clinic market in Malaysia.

Responsible for managing and overseeing the introduction of new products, processes, and changes within the manufacturing process, focusing on surface treatments like metal surface treatments like plating and cleaning.
Duties & Responsibilities
1) Surface Treatment Expertise:
Deep understanding of various surface treatment processes, such as anodizing, chromating, electropolish, cleaning as well as their impact on product performance and reliability.
2) Process Optimization:
Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
3) Quality Assurance:
Developing and implementing quality control systems, conducting audits, and ensuring adherence to industry standards.
4) Customer Requirement:
Understand customer’s requirement by communicating with customer for every involved to ensure customer’s satisfaction and product quality.
5) Problem Solving and Root Cause Analysis:
Investigating and resolving issues that arise during the NPI process, often using techniques like failure analysis.
6) Documentation and Record Keeping:
Maintaining accurate documentation of processes, procedures, and quality control data.
7) Collaboration and Communication:
Working effectively with cross-functional teams, including product development, manufacturing, and quality control.
8) Continuous Improvement:
Identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
9) Design for Manufacturability (DFM):
Evaluating product designs for manufacturability and making recommendations for improvements to ensure efficient production.
10) Project Management:
Managing NPI projects on time and within budget, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
11) Supplier Improvement Plans:
Developing and driving plans to improve supplier performance and ensure they meet quality and delivery requirements

Drive AI-driven automation and intelligent reporting across Finance and Operations to streamline and automate reporting processes.
This role focuses on reducing manual work, improving reporting speed, and enhancing data accuracy, enabling the business to make faster and better decisions.
This role requires a high level of integrity, as it involves handling sensitive financial data and supporting business-critical decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Reporting & Process Automation (Priority Focus)
Automate weekly and monthly finance reports
Eliminate manual Excel consolidation and repetitive tasks
Develop standardized and scalable reporting templates
2) Data Management & Pipeline Development
Extract and transform data from ERP and internal systems
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
Build and maintain structured datasets for reporting and analytics
3) Dashboard & Visualization
Develop interactive dashboards (e.g. Power BI / Tableau)
Enable management to access near real-time insights
Improve visibility of key KPIs (sales, cost, margin, etc.)
4) AI & Advanced Analytics (Progressive Implementation)
Develop and deploy AI/ML models for:
Forecasting (sales, cash flow, demand)
Anomaly detection (cost, production, quality)
Apply practical AI solutions to enhance automation and decision-making
5) Process Improvement
Identify inefficiencies in current workflows
Design automated solutions to improve productivity
Reduce dependency on manual intervention and key personnel
Ensure proper data governance, accuracy, and confidentiality in all reporting and automation processes.
6) Collaboration
Work closely with Finance, Operations, and Production teams
Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions
7) Other Duties
Any other tasks as assigned by Top Management
Requirements
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence or related field
Proficiency in Python & SQL programming and foundational knowledge of AI and machine learning frameworks
Understanding of AI modelling techniques, such as supervised and unsupervised learning, and familiarity with software development practices
Strong problem-solving abilities with an aptitude for analysing datasets and troubleshooting technical issues
Hands-on experience in model deployment & end-to-end pipeline
Experience in at least ONE of forecasting/ time series/ computer vision for manufacturing industry or NLP/ automation.
At Least 5 years’ experience in data engineering.
Strong analytical mindset and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment, with clear communication
High level of integrity, with strong sense of responsibility in handling sensitive financial and operational data, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and ethical use of information.
