1. Jualan & Pembangunan Perniagaan

* Mengenal pasti dan membangunkan pelanggan baharu dalam sektor pembuatan, pembinaan, perdagangan, runcit dan pergudangan.

* Jana petunjuk jualan melalui rangkaian, panggilan sejuk, rujukan dan kajian pasaran.

* Mengatur lawatan dan pembentangan pelanggan untuk mempromosikan perkhidmatan pengangkutan dan logistik syarikat.

* Menyediakan sebut harga, cadangan dan perjanjian perkhidmatan.

* Berunding tentang kadar dan terma perkhidmatan dengan pelanggan.

2. Pengurusan Perhubungan Pelanggan

* Membina dan mengekalkan hubungan yang kukuh dengan pelanggan sedia ada.

* Menjalankan lawatan pelanggan secara berkala untuk memahami keperluan operasi dan jangkaan perkhidmatan.

* Mengendalikan pertanyaan, aduan dan maklum balas pelanggan secara profesional.

* Memastikan kepuasan dan pengekalan pelanggan yang tinggi.

3. Kajian & Analisis Pasaran

* Pantau trend industri, aktiviti pesaing dan harga pasaran.

4. Pengurusan Tender & Kontrak

* Mencari dan mengambil bahagian dalam tender logistik dan RFQ.

* Menyediakan dokumen tender dan dokumen sokongan.

* Menyemak terma kontrak dan menyelaras pelaksanaan dengan pasukan operasi.

5. Pertumbuhan Hasil

*Mencapai sasaran jualan bulanan dan tahunan.

* Meningkatkan jumlah pengangkutan dan penggunaan armada.

* Menggalakkan perkhidmatan tambahan seperti pergudangan, pengedaran, kargo projek dan penyelesaian armada khusus.

6. Penyelarasan dengan Pasukan Operasi

* Bekerja rapat dengan penyelaras logistik dan kakitangan operasi untuk memastikan penyampaian perkhidmatan yang lancar.

* Menyampaikan keperluan pelanggan dan pengaturan khas kepada pasukan operasi.

* Pantau prestasi perkhidmatan dan selesaikan isu operasi dengan segera.

7. Pelaporan

* Mengekalkan rekod pelanggan dan saluran jualan yang tepat.

* Menyediakan laporan jualan mingguan dan bulanan.

* Membentangkan aktiviti pembangunan perniagaan, ramalan jualan dan kemas kini pasaran kepada pihak pengurusan.

Kelayakan Pilihan

* Diploma atau Ijazah dalam Perniagaan, Logistik, Rantaian Bekalan, Pemasaran atau bidang berkaitan.

* Minimum 2–5 tahun pengalaman dalam bidang jualan, sebaik-baiknya dalam pengangkutan atau logistik.

* Kemahiran rundingan dan komunikasi yang baik.

* Pengetahuan tentang pengangkutan trak, pengangkutan kontena, pergudangan dan perkhidmatan pengedaran.

* Mempunyai pengangkutan sendiri dan kesediaan untuk melancong bagi urusan pelanggan.
