所需資格和經驗：

• 行銷、建築管理、工程或相關領域的學士學位（或同等工作經驗）。
• 有建築、建材或B2B製造業經驗者佳。
• 較強的溝通和人際關係建立能力。
• 具備有效進行市場調查和分析數據的能力。
• 熟練微軟辦公軟體，包括 Word、Excel 和 PowerPoint。
• 具備建立和維護專業關係的能力。
• 自我激勵，以結果為導向，並能獨立工作。
• 能夠靈活地在本地或區域內出差參加客戶會議。

主要職責/目標：

• 完成公司分配的個人銷售目標。
