Colliers Agribusiness is seeking a high‑performing Senior Executive to drive revenue growth and strengthen our market leadership across Central NSW.

In this pivotal role, which is based in our Canberra office, you will build deep, trusted relationships with key agribusiness clients. You'll advise them strategically throughout the transaction lifecycle, from client-funded marketing campaigns to successful property outcomes. Leveraging the Colliers Agribusiness Collective Intelligence Suite, you will deliver exceptional client services and generate cross-service referral opportunities across Colliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow key client relationships, increasing Colliers’ market presence
• Win and manage Client Funded Marketing (CFM) appointments, converting relationships into ongoing opportunities.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end property sales campaigns, including marketing, inspections, enquiries, data tracking, and reporting.
• Consistently meet and exceed annual revenue targets.
• Prepare marketing submissions, agency agreements, and campaign reporting with strong attention to brand and compliance.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate closely with internal service lines to generate referrals.
• Stay across agribusiness market trends, industry participants, and emerging opportunities.

We are currently recruiting for an AD / Director in our Cost Management division to strengthen our Canberra based team. The successful candidate will be degree qualified with considerable industry experience and a passion for growing and mentoring teams.

• Leading existing key client relationships.
• Create and develop new client and consultant relationships and opportunities in the market.
• Be a proactive member of the Canberra senior leadership team, with responsibility to grow and develop the cost management team.
• Working closely with our wider CM business, in particular NSW.
• Take responsibility for your own deliverables and ensure all commitments are completed.
• Participate in the development of the business plan and take ownership for the delivery of project and overall business targets.
