About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Engineer with strong exposure to System Level Testing (SLT) and Final Testing (FT) in high-volume production environments. This role requires hands-on expertise with semiconductor test platforms and a strong ability to analyze and resolve manufacturing yield issues.

Key Responsibilities

Must-Have

• Experience in Advantest 93000 (V93K) / Teradyne tester platforms

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in FT and SLT volume production test environments, preferably within high-end compute or networking devices
• Solid engineering fundamentals with strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills
• Hands-on experience with Advantest 93000 tester, and operation of Hontech and Chroma handlers
• Ability to debug, analyze, and resolve manufacturing yield issues (hardware or program-related)
• Strong experience in yield data analytics and Maverick hold lot disposition
• Experience in data-driven test optimization and value engineering
• Background in OSAT environments such as ASE, JCET, or UTAC is an advantage

You will support the WSG–SSG merger transition in a time‑bound,execution‑focused coordination role. The role primarily supports merger andtransition activities, while also backfilling operational responsibilities ofcore team members who are focused on migration and transition work.

As such, the role requires someone who is comfortablemanaging ongoing IT project and vendor coordination, while tracking progress,managing issues, and supporting stakeholder communications across bothtransition and steady‑state work.

Merger & Transition Support

• Track milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies across merger‑related workstreams
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to follow up on actions and intervention points
• Maintain trackers, schedules, run‑of‑show plans, and transition documentation
• Identify emerging risks or delays and escalate early with clear impact and mitigation options
• Support meetings, working sessions, and preparation of concise progress and issue updates for management

Operational / Backfill Support

• Backfill selected operational responsibilities of existing team members during the transition period
• Support ongoing IT projects and vendor engagements, ensuring continuity of delivery and issue resolution
• Monitor vendor performance, follow up on deliverables, and coordinate responses to operational issues
• Provide regular status updates on assigned projects and vendor activities

Data Support & Quality Assurance

• Assist with data migration preparation activities under guidance
• Support data validation exercises to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Help with basic data cleansing and mapping activities

General Business Support

• Provide operational support for various functions during organizational changes
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and merger-related initiatives as needed
• Support team productivity and workflow continuity during transition

What We Are Looking For

• Graduate with IT, Computer Science, or related background

• Experience in IT project coordination, PMO, or operations roles, supporting systemtransitions, organisational changes, or ongoing IT delivery

• Comfortable working with vendors, including tracking deliverables, following up on issues,and coordinating across multiple parties

• Proven ability to manage multiple parallel priorities, including both transition workand steady‑state operations

• Strong organisational skills, with ability to maintain trackers, manage follow‑ups,and provide clear progress updates

• Good communication skills and confidence engaging HR, Finance, IT, business units,and external partners

Job Description & Requirements

• Lead and manage technical teams handling plant maintenance, equipment servicing, and building maintenance works.
• Oversee 24/7 breakdown support operations and ensure rapid response for critical plant issues.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise maintenance schedules, shutdown works, and project deployments.
• Conduct site inspections, identify technical problems and provide effective engineering solutions.
• Manage operations on Jurong Island, including manpower planning, safety coordination, and permit processes.
• Ensure proper servicing, troubleshooting, and repair of plant equipment and machinery.
• Provide technical support to clients and internal teams for mechanical, electrical, and civil-related issues.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare work reports, quotations, maintenance records and project updates.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards, especially for Jurong Island sites.
• Guide, mentor and train technicians and supervisors.
• Handle any ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Able to work well with others as a competent team and team leader.
• Able to work flexible hours, night shift and Sundays if required
• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical & Communication Engineering. Or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical & Communication Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferred.

• Knowledge on the tools, equipment, and materials common to the Mechanical & Electrical trade.
• Knowledge on hydraulic & pneumatic system & control.
• Knowledge of applicable electrical codes, standards and regulations.

You will be responsible for performing Accounts Payable and Receivable as well as Fixed Assets, supporting audit and procurement processes, and overseeing system access and month-end closing timelines. The role also involves liaising between CSVD and other divisions,validating data migration accuracy, and providing ad-hoc operational support as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the month-end, year-end and special purpose audit processes. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Coordinate procurement documentation and assist during audit fieldwork

Requirements
Knowledge/Skills:

• Comfortable operating across strategy and execution in a complex organisational environment.

Successful candidates will be offered a 1-year contract with potential for a 1-year extension and consideration for permanent tenure thereafter.
