As a senior web developer/ designer, you will work closely with various teams, helping to iteratively build new sites and products and help to grow existing ones. You’ll be translating functional requirement into live clickable working sites that look and work great on both desktop and mobile.

As a senior web developer/ designer, you will:

• continue to refine your work for iterative user-testing, which you may also be invited to pair with experience developer, observe user's behaviors, find out those improvements and modifications;
• be expected to use your HTML/CSS/JavaScript/Ajax/JQuery skills to create a nice and clean UI pattern framework that Application Developers can re-use in the future;
• advocate quality assurance of elegant front-end code, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and also to ensure consistency of the user interface across multiple platforms;
• able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Design and Develop Web-based applications.
• Ensuring project completion on schedule and of high quality, focus on developing and maintaining of Enterprise solutions, such as Payroll and HR-related systems.
• Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain web-based business applications built on Microsoft technologies.
• Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
• Design, and develop unit test applications in accordance with established standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/related fields or equivalent working experience.
• Minimum 5 years of development experience using C#, ASP/ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSON, MVC frameworks, T-SQL as well as MS SQL.
• A thorough understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience in web-based applications development, Object Oriented Programming, & API integration.
• Experience with source code management tools such as TFS, SVN, &etc.
• Must have strong analytical and interpersonal skills as well as outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to work under pressure and long hours to meet project schedule.

Job Descriptions and Responsibilities:

• Report to Manager and collaborate with other developers for team work.
• Participate in analysis of software requirements and system architecture.
• Write technical specifications based on end user functional specification.
• Develop .NET applications using practices of software development lifecycle and techniques.
• Collaborate with team member to produce software design and architecture
• Deliver the application within the given timeline and budget.
• Run the software testing and make enhancements.
• Highlight issues that can become problematic to the system and suggest alternative solutions.
• Perform software troubleshooting and debugging when issue arise.
• Regular code reviews and research new method for code improvement.

Requirements:

• Possess Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on software development experience using Visual Studio.
• In depth knowledge and experience of programming C#.NET based applications.
• Good understanding in JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3.
• An advanced understanding of object orientated design principles.
• Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework and design patterns of Model-View-Controller.
• Experience in APIs architecture of REST.
• Experience in writing mobile App for Android or iOS with MAUI technology.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Designing and developing web software solutions using Agile methodologies.

Job Scope:

• Collaborate with internal teams to design customized e-Learning solutions, including storyboarding in PowerPoint, scripting voiceovers and creating supporting materials for corporate clients across various sectors 
• Conduct QA checks for e-Learning courses and implement client comments to ensure changes are accurately reflected
• Translate client materials from raw format (policies, procedures etc) into PowerPoint format
• Develop innovative and engaging concepts for e-Learning courses
• Performad hoc writing and editing tasks for non-e-Learning projects as required

Job Requirements:

• Singaporeans only (no available quota for foreigners)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint)
• Innovative and adaptable, open to exploring diverse writing styles and formats
• Strong command of English, excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail
• Experience in copywriting and writing material for workshops
• Knowledge of the e-Learning storyboarding process and familiarity with tools like Articulate Storyline
• Experience in creating training materials, online articles, and blog content is advantageous
• 1-yearcontract, renewable/may convert to full-time employment, based on performance

Qualifications:

• Possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature, Language, Mass Communication, Instructional Design, or an equivalent qualification
• At least 1 year working experience as a writer, editor or proof-reader
