• Arrange manpower, equipment, transportation, documentation, and service attendance for vessels to support operational readiness
• Prepare and manage quotations, service reports, invoices, delivery notes, and other operational documents accurately
• Generate sales reports including profit margin analysis on a regular basis using data extraction tools (training provided)
• Monitor vessel arrivals, departures, and service timelines to maintain operational efficiency
• Respond to customer inquiries by providing quotations and timely updates on ongoing vessel jobs
• Maintain accurate records of all services and operational activities for compliance and reporting
• Coordinate emergency or urgent vessel service requests, including after-hours, weekends, and public holidays as needed
• Collaborate closely with ship owners, superintendents, technical teams, engineers, vendors, and operations departments to resolve issues and optimize service delivery
• Manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure, demonstrating strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Adapt to flexible working hours and on-call duties based on vessel schedules and operational demands

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Both Freshers and Experience in marine services, shipping, logistics, or port operations is preferred
