RESPONSIBILITIES
a)Â Â Â Identify and develop new business opportunities in the asphalt premix market, targeting contractors, developers, and municipal projects
b)Â Â Â Conduct detailed site visits and surveys to assess project scope for cost estimation
c)Â Â Â Preparing competitive quotation based on the site survey.
d)Â Â Â Following up served quotation closely to secure sales.
e)Â Â Â Liaise with operations teams for site follow up and coordination with customer requirements.
f)Â Â Â Â Oversee and assist in technical documentation, including site plans, specifications, and project reports
g)Â Â Â Handle client inquiries, providing both technical advice and commercial solutions
h)Â Â Â Visit clients regularly to secure recurring business and build brand loyalty.
i)Â Â Â Â Â Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business
j)Â Â Â Â Â Support monthly sales forecasting and reporting
k)Â Â Â Monitoring of payment and collection after sales.
l)Â Â Â Â Â Tender tracking and monitoring

REQUIREMENT
·        Minimum Diploma preferable in Civil Engineeringor related discipline
·        With 3 years of experience in a sales ortechnical sales role (preferably in asphalt, roadworks, or construction)
·        Basic technical knowledge of asphalt premix,roadwork specifications, and project execution
·        Proficient in creating engineeringdocumentation, project reports, and sales presentations
·        Detail-oriented with strong organizationalskills for managing multiple projects
·        Excellent communication skills, resourceful and ability to work independently
·        Preferably with Class 3 licence and own vehicle
