· Ensure the team adhere to Quality and Safety standards. Conductperiodically quality walks, safety walks and safety inspections. Coach team onsafety behaviour, and be a role model.
· Lead and develop a team of maintenance and call back technicians:train, assess, optimise the resources.
· Perform the yellow belt technical assessment for the EItechnicians and guide green and red belters to be prepared for their assessment
· Coordinate subcontractor works and audit their work qualitystandards.
· Carry out feasibility study, health checks and standardisationproject for lifts and escalators according to customers’ requests, industrialtrend and code of practice requirement.
· Provide technical support for internal staff from Service,Project, Sales and Sales Engineering Department.
· Coordinate with factory and/ or suppliers and contractors toimplement new systems or repair existing ones on Schindler equipment, percustomers’ requests.
· Coordinate and monitor corrective action programs,non-conformance, field feedback and field information.
· Support in the preparation of reporting for internal or externalusage.
· Carry out ad-hoc assignments, such as, conduct training, attendcustomer meetings, etc.
· Lead in daily operations like maintenance scheduling and call backresources.
· Liaise with customers on their complaints and take the lead infollow up actions.
Coordinate, monitor,execute actions on operation problems and lift technical problems.
