• Liaise with project teams, site supervisors, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
• Track equipment usage, maintenance schedules, and troubleshooting
• Support logistics, scheduling, and documentation of site trials and commercial rollouts

Technical Support & Testing

• Assist in testing and commissioning of robotics systems
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide first-level support on-site
• Work with engineering teams on data collection, performance validation, and user feedback
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance standards during operations

Project & Process Coordination

• Maintain project documentation, risk assessments, and operational records
• Help standardize workflows and SOPs for robotic use in construction environments
• Collaborate with leadership and product teams to relay site insights and improvements
• Any other duties or ad hoc tasks as assigned, in line with operational needs and project requirements.

Requirements:

• Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
• 1 – 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on technical ability
• Good organizational and project coordination skills
• Comfortable working in site environments and engaging with diverse teams
• Passionate about innovation and improving how things are built
