Job Summary

You will lead the full sales cycle to drive commercial growth for Alphatok’s B2B AI business. This role involves shaping go-to-market strategies, managing complex enterprise sales, and delivering AI-driven transformation solutions to diverse clients.

Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

• Identify, develop, and close B2B sales opportunities with enterprises, government bodies, and mid-to-large organizations to drive revenue growth
• Sell AI software solutions, customized systems, and long-term service contracts by aligning offerings with client needs
• Translate customer business challenges into tailored, commercial AI solutions that address strategic objectives

Client & Solution Engagement

• Collaborate with technical teams to design and present AI-driven solutions that meet client requirements
• Lead client meetings, deliver solution presentations, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts to secure deals
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive contract renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities

Sales Strategy & Team Building

• Contribute to the development of sales strategies, pricing models, and sales process improvements to enhance effectiveness
• Support the design and optimization of CRM and sales management workflows to improve sales operations
• Mentor junior sales or pre-sales team members, fostering their professional growth and enhancing team capabilities

Required competencies and certifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in software, IT services, SaaS, or digital transformation
• Proven ability to manage enterprise-level deals with long sales cycles independently
• Strong capability to sell complex, solution-based offerings
• Demonstrated interest in AI, software, and emerging technologies

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Background in AI, SaaS, system integration, or consulting firms
• Experience in the Singapore or Southeast Asia market
• Exposure to government, large enterprise, or regulated-industry clients
• Strong English communication skills

Key Responsibilities

Engineering Leadership

• Lead and oversee all engineering activities for residential and condominium developments from planning and design through construction, commissioning, and project handover.
• Serve as the company's principal technical authority, providing expert guidance on engineering, construction, and design-related matters.
• Develop and implement engineering strategies, standards, policies, and best practices to support business objectives and project delivery excellence.
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and value engineering initiatives across all projects.

Design & Technical Management

• Manage and coordinate consultants, architects, structural engineers, M&E engineers, and specialist design teams.
• Review and approve engineering designs, technical specifications, drawings, and construction methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with local authority requirements, building regulations, industry standards, and company specifications.
• Lead technical reviews and resolve complex engineering challenges throughout project execution.

Project Delivery

• Monitor project progress and provide technical leadership to ensure delivery targets for quality, cost, and schedule are achieved.
• Support project teams in resolving site issues, design discrepancies, construction challenges, and technical risks.
• Collaborate closely with project management, procurement, contracts, and construction teams to optimize project performance.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover activities to ensure successful project completion.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure all engineering works comply with applicable regulatory requirements, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Promote a culture of quality, safety, and operational excellence across project teams.
• Support the implementation of quality assurance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.

Stakeholder Management

• Liaise with government authorities, consultants, contractors, utility agencies, and other key stakeholders.
• Represent the company in technical meetings, authority submissions, inspections, and project coordination activities.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships to facilitate smooth project execution.

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and develop engineering managers, project engineers, and technical personnel.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.
• Support talent development, succession planning, and recruitment initiatives within the engineering function.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration or equivalent professional accreditation is highly preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in residential, condominium, or mixed-use property development projects.
• At least 8 years of experience in a senior engineering leadership role.
• Proven track record in delivering high-rise residential and condominium developments from design through completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, design coordination, regulatory requirements, quality management, and contract administration.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and contractors in a developer or construction environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with BIM, value engineering, and modern construction technologies will be an advantage.
• Willing to work 6 days per week.
