Core Responsibilities:

• Design, implement and maintain software modules for autonomous robot operation using the ROS2 framework.

• Design, implement and maintain firmware logic and architecture.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be working on:

• Partner with software engineers and other functions to understand objectives for development delivery efficiency and system resiliency, helping them articulate how specific technical capabilities and best practices will achieve key business outcomes.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of the existing technical landscapes, workflows, and processes to identify inefficiencies, pain points, and gaps that hinder their goals.

• Collaborate with client to identify the most relevant practices (e.g., CI/CD, SRE) for using Core Engineering Products in achieving their goals, considering unique needs and industry best practices.

• Develop transition roadmaps that outline a clear path from the current state to the desired future state, including the adoption of recommended tools and processes.

• Explain complex concepts clearly to various stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations for improving workflows and addressing their challenges, and providing supporting diagrams as needed.

• Support client with proof of concept (POC) initiatives to validate solutions, offering hands-on assistance during early implementation phases to enable smooth transitions to full-scale rollouts.

• Collaborate closely with fellow Software Engineers to exchange insights, share tools and scripts, and foster a collaborative environment that supports continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

What we are looking for:

• 6+ years in an individual contributor software engineering role.

• Experience with NodeJs with TypeScript.

• Experience with one or more of Cloud Service Providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Experience building cron jobs and scripts to run batch jobs.

• Experience with streaming data.

• Strong track record of successful large-scale partner solution implementations, preferably in complex enterprise environments

• Exceptional communication skills with ability to bridge technical discussions between internal teams and external partners

• Experience working in highly secured and air gap systems is a plus (i.e. banking, government systems and similar)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute end-to-end OIG implementations with a strong emphasis on hands-on configuration, customization, and integration for complex enterprise environments.
• Drive application onboarding projects for a variety of systems (e.g., HR, ERP, CRM, custom apps), covering both out-of-the-box and custom connectors. This includes:
• Analysis of application requirements and mapping to OIG connectors.
• Development of custom connectors and adapters where standard options do not suffice, including ICF based framework.
• Implementation of automated provisioning, deprovisioning, and access certification workflows.
• Integration with authoritative sources (e.g., HRMS) and target systems (e.g., databases, directories, SaaS platforms).
• Building and configuring OIG SOA workflows, approval policies.
• Developing custom UI components for OIG self-service.
• Design and implement IGA use cases on OIG such as:
• Role-based access control (RBAC) and role mining.
• User lifecycle management (joiner, mover, leaver processes).
• Access request and approval workflows tailored to business needs.
• Periodic access reviews and compliance reporting.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and optimization of OIG components, including connectors, SOA workflows, and scheduled jobs.
• Customize OIG functionality such as:
• Using Java, Groovy, or other supported scripting languages to address unique business requirements.
• Hands on experience with REST APIs, web services, event handlers, validation plugins and scheduled tasks.
• Hands on experience with Oracle BI Publisher based audit reports.
• Hands on experience in building custom Oracle SOA composites for workflows.
• Ability to reuse existing code and extend frameworks.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation for onboarding processes, customizations, and operational procedures.
• Advise on best practices for OIG upgrades, patching, and understanding of other IAM technologies (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, Microsoft Entra, etc.) as needed.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field;
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Identity Governance (OIG v11+), including application onboarding, upgrades, and IGA use case implementation;
• Proven experience delivering complex OIG integrations across diverse enterprise applications and environments;
