Working Days: Monday – Friday (5 days week)
Basic Salary: RM3,500 – RM5,000 + Commission + Car Allowance + Bonus

As part of our Southern Malaysia expansion, we are establishing a new Johor branch and inviting passionate sales professionals to grow with us.
Job Overview
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy technical discussions with engineers, solving manufacturing challenges, and building long-term customer partnerships.
Candidates with experience in automation components, sensors, pneumatics, machine building, or engineering distribution are strongly encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities
• Develop new customers and expand business in Johor & Melaka region
• Promote company products including automation components, pneumatic systems, sensors, precision measurement equipment, and engineering solutions
• Provide technical consultation and product recommendations
• Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities
• Maintain strong relationships with engineers, purchasing teams, and factory management
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth
Job Requirements
• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or related field
• Experience in industrial automation, engineering components, packaging machinery, semiconductor equipment, or manufacturing industry is an advantage
• Fresh graduates with strong interest in technical sales are welcome
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin to support Mandarin-speaking customers
• Self-motivated, responsible, and result-oriented
• Possess own transport and willing to travel
Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary: RM3,500 – RM5,000 (depending on experience)
