Key Responsibilities

1.  QMS Maintenance & Continuous Improvement

• Own and manage the end-to-end ISO 13485-certified QMS, including document control, change control, CAPA, internal audits, and management review processes.
• Conduct periodic QMS gap analyses, identify process weaknesses, and drive corrective and preventive action plans.
• Maintain and improve the Quality Manual, SOPs, work instructions, and related controlled documents across all departments.

Job Summary

The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure that products, services, and daily operations comply with company standards, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines. Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies, procedures, inspection standards, and compliance processes.

• Monitor daily operations to ensure adherence to company quality standards, client requirements, and approved work procedures.

• Conduct regular quality checks, audits, and inspections to identify defects, non-compliance issues, and areas for improvement.
