As part of our ongoing expansion, we are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our passionate team and help strengthen our engagement with SMEs, business associations, and corporate partners across Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture strong relationships with SMEs, corporate clients, and key stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue financing opportunities within government, GLC, and PLC contract networks.
• Oversee the end-to-end client onboarding process—from application to disbursement.
• Provide tailored financial advisory on Commerze Capital’s range of financing solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient processing, accurate reporting, and client satisfaction.
• Represent Commerze Capital at industry events, networking sessions, and business forums.
• Contribute to achieving company sales goals and business growth targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in relationship management, SME banking, or B2B sales.
• Strong knowledge of SME financing, supply chain, or trade-related financial products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and capable of working both independently and in a team.
• Proficient in both Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written).

• Assist to implement, maintain and to continuously improve on the ISO certification and system in relate to ISO 9001, ISO 22301 and ISO 27001
• Assist to review ISO 9001, ISO 22301 and ISO 27001 related manual, policies, procedures, business contingency plan and specified requirements and ensure they are implemented and complied to
• Assist to manage, participate and ensure all quality control and assurance processes / activities are in compliance to Company's standard, SOPs and WIs and customer’s requirements
• Facilitate and support in the review of processes and workflow to improve operational effectiveness
• Coordinate external audits and monitor corrective and preventive measures
• Participate in project, work studies, work committees, company-wide promotional activities and continuous improvement initiatives
• Conduct regular audits and compliance checks to assess quality performance, identify areas of improvement and monitor the corrective and preventive measures
• Ensure that corrective actions taken are adequate and analyse quality records for adverse trends
• Liaise with internal and external parties on QMS related issue
• Gather and prepare data from audits, compliance checks or any other areas as requested for management reporting
• Support company’s business effort and projects for client engagement and support, participate in the tender bidding
• Ensure that all information security management system related policies, procedures and specified requirements are implemented and complied to.
• Any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Science/Engineering from a recognized institution
• Preferably 2-3 years of work experience in Quality related work in the facilities management and/or engineering industry
• Preferably ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certified
• Preferably knowledge of Business Contingency Management System and Information Security System
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Resourceful and process good problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and able to work well in a team
• Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behavior

Role And Responsibilities

• Perform and implement method development/qualification/validation/verification for new product and method introduction, compendial updates.

• Keeps up to date on regulations/development of QC activities to ensure QC operations are in compliance to applicable regulatory and external agency regulations.

• Lead and perform laboratory investigation and deviation.

• Responsible to conduct effective training to ensure methods/knowledge are effectively transferred to routine testing team.

• Write/reviews change controls, events’ deviations, CAPA and GMP documents (e.g. SOP, protocols, reports, specification).

• Provides technical expertise and consultation to routine testing team on technical matters.

• Performs review of compendium updates timely and accurately.

• Perform periodic review of test methods to ensure compliance to latest compendium requirements.

• Ensure real time documentation, maintain data integrity and appropriate traceability.

• Responsible for the accurate, timely and compliant execution of assigned projects, analytical testing and related documentation.

• Responsible for checking all results in LIMS/RDS and reporting of any observed results that do not meet the requirement (OOS/OOT/Deviation) for further investigation.

• Subject-Matter-Expect (SME) audit frontier for assigned topics.

• Any other activities as and when assigned by the Superior.

Education & Experience

Education: Degree/Diploma in science related discipline (e.g. Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology).

• Degree with minimum 4 years of quality control experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.

• Diploma with minimum 6 years of quality control experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.

Knowledge & Skills

• Possess working knowledge of GMP in the pharmaceutical industry.

• A good team player with positive learning attitude.

• Able to work independently, shows initiative and able to work with all levels of staff.

• Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, good verbal and written communication skills

Overall Responsibilities

• Assist the QA Manager in daily running of the department, ensuring daily checks are in place and that necessary quality, safety and compliance are adhered to.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure that daily quality and safety checks are in place, checklists completed and submitted to reporting officer for reference and follow-up

  Execute and monitor procedures related to daily production

• Monitor process flows and ensure its compliance to established parameters
• Evaluate the services of sub-contracted service, for example pest control, cleaning contractors, etc.
• Plan and monitor shelf-life studies for current and new products
• Attend daily briefing with operation and action plan for improvement
• Assist with customer complaints or feedback and when microbiological limits have been deviated
• Conduct FSSC and ISO 22000, GMP and local food authorities’ requirements (SFA/MUIS/NEA) training for relevant staff
• Assist reporting officer in pest control routines
• Implement Workplace Safety and Health initiatives planned by QA & Compliance Manager
• Carry out other administrative and operational-related duties in and support the QA & Compliance Department

Conduct risk assessment profiling for products, ingredients and product contact materials

• Any other duties assigned by reporting officer or Head of Department

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Food Science and Technology, Food Nutrition and Dietetics

• Completed ISO, FSSC, HACCP and/or Risk Management course

• Candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.

• Experience in ISO, HACCP, Risk Management and GMP is an advantage

• Proactive, resourceful and adaptable

• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure

• Good communications, interpersonal and team interaction skills

• Good diplomacy (to liaise with external parties such as SFA customers, vendors and other government
