• Evaluating product designs for manufacturability and making recommendations for improvements to ensure efficient production.

• Managing NPI projects on time and within budget, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.

• Developing and driving plans to improve supplier performance and ensure they meet quality and delivery requirements
