(A) RESPONSIBILITIES

1. As Assistant Document Controller of ISO 9001 QMS, ISO 22000 FSMS & FSSC 22000 :

1.1. Assist in preparing Master Copy of drafted document for approval.

1.2. Assist in distribution of controlled document.

1.3. Assist in safekeeping of Master Documents.

1.4. Assist in processing of document update DCN.

1.5. Assist to draft and printing of the documents for documentation purpose.

1.6. Assist to generate Flow Charts, Work Instructions and Forms.

2. Perform quality inspection on incoming / in-process / outgoing goods as per “Quality Plan” and test schedule.

3. Generate and upkeep records relevant to testing, R&D and maintenance of tools / equipment.

4. To assist in engineering, process control, process evaluation, process validation and research development activities.

5. Maintain proper records, documentation and retrievable database in each handling project.

6. Housekeeping (6S) of Quality Lab.

7. Responsible on the generation of Certificate Of Analysis (COA) according to Customers’ requirements.

8. Responsible on the generation of all testing analysis report.

9. Responsibility to ensure QA Department KPI’s Objective are monitor & well maintain.

10. Responsible to record Customer Complaint & Rejection for KPI’s Objective monitoring.

11. Assist to reply Customer CAPA (Corrective Action & Preventive Action) once get from production person in charge.

12. Assist to reply customer questionnaire & customer survey form.

13. Assist to check all quality checking equipment’s & tools is calibrated.

14. Responsible to compile all Monthly QA KPI’s Objective Data to present in QA KPI Meeting.

15. Responsible to control lab inventory.

16. Handling non-conformance by release SCAR to supplier.

17. RMA dispose in system.

18. To undertake other jobs assigned by superior from time to time.

(B) AUTHORITY

1. Assist in prepare documents of QMS, FSMS & FSSC.

2. On Hold and To Release CCP, OPRP & Waiver Material non-conformance job via email communication after make disposition by QA Manager / Executive Director.

3. Authorization Signature on outgoing Certificate Of Analysis (COA) to customer.

(C) ACADEMY REQUIREMENT

1. Candidate must possess at least a diploma in any discipline.

(D) EXPERIENCE / SKILL REQUIREMENT

1. Minimum 3 years’ experience as QMS & FSMS of an organization.

2. Experience in manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.

3. Possess strong leadership and time management skills.

4. A responsible and reliable person.

5. Good analytical skills & computer literate

6. Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia.

7. Possess sound knowledge of ISO 9001, FSMS & 6S Management System.

8. Possess Internal Auditor certification.

Responsibilities and Authorities:
1. Handling of quality complaints, ensure they are resolve satisfactorily with necessary counter measures taken to prevent recurrence
2. Analysis quality problem found by QC Inspectors and interacting with other departments on problem resolution
3. Recommend quality improvement actions
4. Perform routine site inspections & quality reporting ( Certificate ) to customer
5. Perform Lab analysis
6. Authorized in Inspection & Test Plan at production 
7. Authorized to train QC base on Inspection & Test Plan and Quality Control Work Instruction
8. Authorized to reject, on-hold the material in various production stage
9. To ensure equipment are comply to calibration process and keep track on the validity period
10. Knowledgeable in ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Awareness & Interpretation
 
Competency Requirements (Education, Training and Experience):
1. Candidate must posess at least a Bachelor's Degree of Engineering / Chemical or its equivalent
2. 2 years of working experience in Quality Syatem

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on HR professional to oversee our full-spectrum HR operations, with a strong focus on payroll management, statutory compliance, and government affairs. As our company continues to grow across our corporate office and multiple factory sites, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations, timely payroll, and up-to-date licensing and certifications with Malaysian authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Payroll Management: Handle end-to-end monthly payroll processing accurately and ensure timely submission of all statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB/HRD Corp).
• Government Liaison & Applications: Act as the primary point of contact to follow up on applications with government bodies such as MIDA, MITI, JTK (Labour Department), DOSH, and Immigration (for foreign worker management/quotas if applicable).
• Company Certifications & Licensing: Monitor, renew, and secure necessary factory licenses, business permits, and industry certifications (e.g., MyHIJAU, environmental permits, or local council licenses) to ensure full operational compliance.
• HR Administration: Maintain updated employee records, manage onboarding/offboarding, and handle general office administration for our HQ and factory locations.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: At least 2–5 years of solid experience in handling HR, payroll, and government applications within Malaysia. Experience in a manufacturing, factory, or trading environment is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge: Well-versed in Malaysian Employment Act, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
• Skills: Proven track record of independently handling and following up on complex government documentation and certification processes.
• Attributes: Highly organized, proactive in following up with government officers, and capable of working independently.
• Language: Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage for factory coordination).
