Key Responsibilities

Purchase Orders (PO):

• Assist in issuing all purchase orders to subcontractors and suppliers for required materials and services.

The Role

As a Purchasing Officer, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, vendor management, contract administration, and purchase order execution. The Daily

·       Handle procurement of production-required auxiliary raw and packaging materials, including order placement, monitoring, and Logistics Invoice Verification (LIV).

·       Sourceand evaluate new suppliers, including arranging testing samples for evaluation and qualification.

·       Manage supplier performance and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and service providers.

The Essentials

Job Description:
