Key Responsibilities:

Learning Application Development

Skills & Experience Required

• Technical Skills: Experience in software development using Python, JavaScript, C#, or Java. Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, REST APIs, microservices architecture, and Learning Management Systems (LMS) or learning technology platforms. Hands-on experience with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• AI & Data Competencies: Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. Experience integrating AI APIs/services including NLP, recommendation engines, or chatbot frameworks. Understanding of learning analytics, data processing, and AI-driven personalization.
• Systems & Integration: Experience integrating enterprise systems through APIs or middleware. Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, LTI, or other digital learning standards is advantageous.

Job Responsibilities:

• To assist the Purchasing and Inventory Manager in maintaining the purchasing and inventory planning processes

PURCHASING

• Prepare a monthly report for review by the Managing Director and Finance.
• SAP adjustments – stock repacking, non-sales inventory movements e.g. samples issued, damaged items, stocks over- or short-supplied. etc.
• Update SAP with inventory repacking.
• Assist in year-end stock take preparation and updating of stock count results.  This may extend beyond normal working hours and is reimbursed for the overtime with Off-In-Lieu.

Job Requirements:
