What this job involves: 

This role leads JLL's APAC Research Data Operations team, ensuring the quality, consistency, and reliability of property market data across more than 20 Asia Pacific markets. You will oversee the data that underpins JLL's research, insights, and Real Estate Intelligence Service client deliverables, collaborating closely with local market Research teams and internal stakeholders. The position requires tactical oversight of the APAC component of JLL Research's offshore data management capability in India. 
 

What your day-to-day will look like:

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct assigned number of outgoing sales calls daily
• Achieve assigned monthly lead generation, sales/ enrolments and lead-conversion targets, in addition to any other targets that may be set by the management in relation to centre growth
• Cultivate team members through effective on-the-ground mentoring and ensure they achieve their individual management-assigned targets
• Answer all incoming phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner

Hiring Criteria:

• At least 2-3 years’ experience in the customer service field, with at least 1 year in a manager-level position

The Account Director is a senior role running the origination workstream of the Apple business across Southeast Asia.

Account Directors at MAL must be natural leaders and communicators, able to juggle multiple responsibilities. Influence at MAL only works when people are hands on with the business vs. solely having leadership roles. It allows for greater understanding of the ins and outs of the business and how the client and the agency works organizationally.
