A. Initial 6-Month Training Period (Bunker Cargo Officer Trainee)
Trainees will undergo on-the-job training led by experienced Bunker Cargo Officers and Cargo Superintendents, along with external certification courses for SS 648:2024 and SS 600:2014. The typical work cycle consists of three days onboard followed by three days of shore leave, subject to training needs and vessel schedules.

B. Months 7 to 18 (Junior Bunker Cargo Officer)
After successfully completing the training and obtaining the required certifications, the trainee will be promoted to Junior Bunker Cargo Officer. This role requires the individual to perform duties independently or with minimal supervision.

C. Post 2-Year Bond Completion (Bunker Cargo Officer)
Upon completing the 2-year bond, eligible candidates will be offered a permanent role as Bunker Cargo Officer.

Requirements:

• Willingness to follow Company’s shift duties and stay onboard vessel
• Effective communication skills
• Meticulous, responsible and good follow through skills

Salary Range: $3800 to $3900 + Gratuity Bonus of $15,015 upon completion of 2 years program. (equivalent to year 1 and 2 performance bonus combined) / Increment up to $4400 after 2 years programme

This is a 2 years management trainee program with NO bond and able to apply for ONLY TECHNICAL roles within the organization – testing/ commissioning/ service/ installation etc.

Job Summary

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our structured Management Trainee Programme.

This programme is designed to develop future professionals in Sales (Business Development) or Supply Chain through structured rotations, project-based learning, and potential regional exposure.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day business activities in assigned functions (Sales or Supply Chain)
• Assist in managing customer accounts and business development initiatives (Sales track)
• Support operational coordination, process improvement, and service delivery (Supply Chain track)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project execution
• Assist in preparing proposals, reports, and basic data analysis

Programme Structure
