• Participate in a structured 24-month Field Engineer Development Programme.
• Gain exposure to installation, commissioning, maintenance and safety inspection activities.
• Support technical operations and engineering projects.
• Learn engineering processes, products and technologies through structured on-the-job training.
• Work closely with engineers and technicians to develop technical expertise.
• Contribute to operational and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical Engineering
• No experience required as on the job training provided
• Comfortable working in a construction/site-based environment.
• Willing to handle tools, equipment and wear the required PPE.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to contribute ideas and feedback.
• Keen interest in developing technical and field engineering competencies.
