• Proven experience in People Operations with strong knowledge of employment law across SEA markets

Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Area Manager to oversee multiple store operations, drive sales growth, and ensure smooth daily performance to support Boost Juice’s success in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Manage performance across multiple F&B store locations to ensure operational excellence and achievement of business goals
• Lead teams to drive sales and consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets for all stores under your supervision
• Identify operational inefficiencies and develop, implement, and monitor process improvements and standard operating procedures (SOPs) within the Operations team
• Complete weekly administrative tasks and reports accurately, coordinating with Operations and head office staff to maintain alignment and transparency
• Maintain high standards of store cleanliness and atmosphere to enhance customer experience and brand image
• Communicate effectively with store teams and stakeholders using clear written and spoken English to foster collaboration and engagement
• Adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment by working collaboratively within teams and responding to changing business needs

Develop and implement commercial strategies to support business growth and profitability.

Manage the preparation, review, submission, and follow-up of tenders, quotations, proposals, and commercial bids.

Business Operations

• Manage daily operations, ensuring seamless service and efficient workflow.
• Monitor income and expenses, analyze financial performance, and implement strategies for improvement

• Manage equipment maintenance and ensure proper functionality.
• Prepare and submit timely reports (daily, weekly, monthly) on sales, food cost, labor cost, and other key performance indicators.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Lead and manage NPI to HVM projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.

• Act as the primary liaison between customers, internal stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.

• Drive cross-functional coordination across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations to achieve project objectives.

• Monitor project performance, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure project success.

• Support manufacturing readiness, product ramp-up, and transition into high-volume production.

• Prepare and present project status updates, KPIs, and executive reports to management and customers.
