5. Documentation & Change Management

· Develop, maintain, and update network documentation, including:

o As-built network documentation and diagrams

o Implementation and configuration guides

o Operational runbooks and support procedures

o Preventive maintenance documentation

· Ensure all network changes follow established change management and approval processes.

· Documenting network configurations and maintaining up-to-date records

· Maintaining IT Asset Inventory

6. Project & Stakeholder Collaboration

· Work closely with Project Managers and solution teams to deliver network components of projects

according to agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards.

· Participate in project design discussions to provide implementation, operational, and

maintainability input.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex network issues and support service

delivery.

· Provide technical support and guidance to internal users and stakeholders on network-related

matters.

· Flexible to travel within Singapore and work in construction-site environments during the

implementation and initial setup of network infrastructure

7. Vendor & Service Provider Management

· Coordinate with vendors and service providers during implementation, troubleshooting, and

service delivery activities.

· Support vendor performance monitoring and resolution of network service issues.

· Assist in technical evaluation and validation of vendor solutions against approved designs and

standards.

8. Datacenter management

· Manage Data Centre physical security, access control, and operational activities.

· Provide 24x7 standby support and travel as required to support Data Centre operations,

maintenance, and project activities.

· Provide 1st Level investigation into hardware or connectivity issues.

· Manage and organize physical cabling within the data center, including fiber optics, network cables,

and power cables

Description

Our organisation provides security server-side solution to enable various Apple product security features. As part of security team in this organisation, we are looking for someone who can drive advancements in security practices, proactively identifying security vulnerabilities, fortifying our platforms against emerging threats and enabling continuous innovation. The existing scope of the work includes the following and will be expanded with emerging new technology and new business initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Perform penetration testing and vulnerability assessments on software applications, API services, and infrastructure
• Develop and execute new test plans, methodologies, and tools for assessing hardware and software security
• Conduct static code analysis to identify and triage application security issues
• Work closely with DevOps and engineering teams to remediate application
• security vulnerabilities and implement security best practices throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Assist in application and infrastructure security reviews to identify gaps in best practices, and collaborate with stake holder teams to improve security posture 
• Perform reverse engineering and forensic analysis to identify security vulnerabilities and its exploitability
• Rotate between red and blue functions and conduct simulated attacks & defence. Develop security strategies, frameworks, tools, and processes to assess and improve security posture of the organisation.
• Collaborate with hardware design teams to integrate security best practices during product development
• Document findings, prepare comprehensive reports, and provide detailed security recommendations for remediation
• Fulfill on-call responsibilities for handling security-related incidents
• Leverage LLM technologies to create security testing and investigation tools
• Continuous learning and conduct security research to stay updated on the latest threats, vulnerabilities, attack vectors, and mitigation techniques

Minimum Qualifications

• Understanding of fundamental IT domains including Networking, Operating Systems, Security Principles, Secure Coding Practices, Cryptography and System Administration
• Knowledge of infrastructure security and physical security best practices
• Understanding of software development and secure coding best practices
• Ability to analyse complex problems, explore the greenfield and devise creative solutions
• CS/EEE with solid foundation of computer engineering
• Demonstrated up to 6 years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

Roles & Responsibilities:

Program Management and Customer Interface

Act as the main point of contact for Key Account Customer(s), managing all technical communications, status updates, and program-related inquiries. Define project scope, objectives, and success metrics in close collaboration and align cross-functional teams within Akribis Systems to meet these objectives. Develop, track, and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

New Product Introduction (NPI)

Lead new product introduction projects, coordinating closely with engineering, production, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to ensure on-time and on-spec delivery.Collaborate on design specifications and performance requirements, ensuring that Akribis meets the technical and operational needs of the customer.Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring potential issues are proactively addressed to minimize impact on project timelines and quality.

Engineering Change Management (ECM)

Oversee engineering change management (ECM) processes for Key Account Customer(s)' projects, ensuring all modifications are smoothly integrated and communicated to relevant stakeholders. Coordinate with production, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless implementation of engineering changes and compliance with customer requirements.Document and track engineering changes, ensuring alignment with both Akribis’s standards and Key Account Customer(s)’s requirements.

Technical Alignment and Decision Making

Facilitate technical discussions between Akribis and Key Account Customer(s), ensuring all stakeholders understand project requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Program Management, or a related technical field;
• Minimum of 5 years in technical program management, project management, or engineering, preferably within semiconductor or precision engineering industries.

Program and Project Management

Led and managed multiple complex technical programs, overseeing project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and timeline tracking.Developed and maintained project roadmaps and schedules, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and internal goals.Implemented Agile and Lean methodologies to streamline project workflows, reduce waste, and improve efficiency across cross-functional teams.

Customer Relationship Management

Served as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building strong, trust-based relationships with customers to understand and address goals.
