• 組織並監控開發過程各階段的提交狀態。
• 解決設計/施工現場的限制和問題。
• 確保按時取得合規和完成證書（CCC）。
• 檢查所有圖紙，確保圖紙協調良好，並滿足開發商的要求。
• 帶領品質保證/品質控制團隊處理房屋交付給業主後的缺陷工作。

要求：

• 能夠獨立工作
• 至少5年土木工程（結構設計）經驗
• 應徵者必須至少擁有建築/建築工程/土木工程/專案管理/專案開發專業的文憑/學位）
• 精通英語和馬來語（書面和口語）者優先考慮。
• 精通微軟辦公室軟體和AutoCAD
• 工作地點位於大山腳

Job Description as Purchasing & Estimation Engineer:

• To support sales department for the product technical
• Perform site check
• Liase with product principal for technical & commercial purpose
• Prepare technical comprehensive proposals
• Project & product costing, tender, quotation & purchase request
• Provide advice to customers on selection of products/solutions
• Assist company exhibition, roadshow, conference or others sales event
• Provide pre and post-sales assistance and after-sales service to customers
• Knowledge of technical/application based on all products
• On site troubleshooting works
• Stock management (stock take, delivery, & stock repairing job)
• Supplier/material/part sourcing
• Handle oversea purchase for agency product
• Source, compare, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive prices and quality goods/services, PO issuance
