Our client is a UK law firm hiring a paralegal for their Finance team. They are looking for a vibrant paralegal who would like to develop their paralegal skills and grow together with the team.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Drafting finance documents
- Supporting transaction closings and doing CP checklists
- Liaising with clients and ensuring timelines are adhered to
- Supporting the Partners and Associates
Requirements:
- It is essential that you have experience with a law firm in a corporate practice area (preferably within Banking)
- It would be advantageous if you are legally trained, either with an LLB or Diploma in Law
- You have good communication skills and able to handle multiple ongoing deadlines.
- You are driven and committed to delivering excellent service to clients.
- Legal secretaries with banking teams who are looking to take a step up into a paralegal position are also welcome to apply.
