• Liaise effectively with suppliers, warehouses, and transport providers to facilitate communication and resolve issues
• Maintain and update inventory records in the system to ensure accurate stock information
• Track shipment status and follow up on outstanding deliveries to prevent delays
• Assist with stock counts to verify inventory accuracy
• Perform general administrative duties to support logistics functions
• Carry out any other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support team needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to prepare documents and manage data efficiently
• Good communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders clearly
• Organisational skills to manage schedules, records, and follow-ups effectively
• Experience in logistics or administration to contribute to operational efficiency
• Ability to communicate in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts

• Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30am to 5:30pm; Sat 8:30am to 12:30pm
• Location: Boon Lay
• Salary: Up to $2800/month
