Key Responsibilities

About the Role

Learning Scope:

Client Relations

• Take charge of handling tuition requests via Forms, Social Media Platforms & WhatsApp
• Ask clients the right questions to gather information efficiently
• Address clients' queries and concerns that they might have
• Transfer clients' requirements into a concise job-post format
• Provide after-sales service to clients (and tutors)
• Monthly check-in on existing client base for any feedback, staying connected and maintaining good relations with them

Tutor Relations:

• Broadcasting assignments via automated outreach channels (Email, Telegram, etc.) to our database of 50,000+ tutors
• Apply filters (eg. Location, Tutor Type, Qualifications) to tag each assignment to the correct target audience
• Assist in shortlisting, profiling, and marketing tutors in a way which captures the client's attention based on their needs
• Assist tutors with technical issues & application processing
• Clarification of agency's commission & policies to tutors

Business to Business (B2B):

• Take charge of MindFlex's B2B arm and work with tuition centres, government agencies & educational institutes.
• Schedule interviews (phonecall, online, face-to-face) between tutors and organisations
• Manage confirmation contracts & invoices for clients
• Provide after-sales service to clients (and tutors)

Internal Processes:

• Work with customised back-end software, specially designed to fulfil the company's business needs & improve efficiency
• Maintain cohesive inter-department and intra-department relations, ensure good customer handover between colleagues
• Take charge of designating clients to various teams (traffic control), depending on each team's existing workload
• Maintain an organised record of clients for different departments to contact and follow-up with in future

Other Administrative Or Ad-hoc Tasks Related To Marketing Or Business Development:

• Analyse company's past data, to forecast trends and assist in Business Development plans
• Creation of content and visuals, and organising data to grow the company’s online presence and improve SEO
• Participate in team huddles in strategy building for the company's operations, process streamlining, automation and new revenue streams

The End User Services Intern will support the End User Services team in delivering day-to-day IT support and maintaining a consistent, secure, and high-quality end user experience.

This role provides exposure to desktop support, device management, and IT service operations while assisting senior team members with basic operational tasks

What you’ll need to bring to the team:

• Provide first-level support for end user devices (laptops, desktops, peripherals)

• Assist in troubleshooting basic hardware and software issues under supervision

• Support installation, configuration, and updates of operating systems and applications

• Help track and monitor IT tickets and ensure timely updates to users

• Assist with routine system updates and patching activities

• Support asset management activities (inventory tracking, device setup, and decommissioning)

• Assist in preparing reports on common issues and service trends

Your Role

Mighty Jaxx is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations & Business Development Intern. This role will provide support for key operational tasks and help drive sales initiatives. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience in both operational execution and strategic sales enablement.

We are looking for someone who is available for an internship from August onwards, ideally on a full-time basis, for a minimum period of 3 months.
A part-time internship can be accommodated, which requires a minimum of 3 days a week commitment. Please state your internship availability in your application.

Responsibilities

• Support order fulfilment process, ensuring accurate and timely dispatch while facilitating customer communications

• Maintain and update customer master data, including account information, pricing and offer forms

• Support visual merchandising setup in partners retail stores, or marketing activations 

• Conduct store visits and assist in gathering retail performance data

• Track and analyse sales performance to optimize sales strategies

• Maintain accurate product information for internal and external use

• Assist with new product listing on digital platforms and content for newsletter or promotional materials

• Assist in responding to customer inquiries

• Coordinate product defects and replacement follow ups actions with relevant stakeholders

• Support logistics and operational needs aspect of sales execution
  

Requirements

• Strong organisational skills and multitasking abilities to handle diverse retail operations tasks

• Strong Excel skills 

• Excellent communication skills for effective liaison with B2B customers, retail store partners  and internal teams

• A detail-oriented mindset to conduct accurate stock level activities

• Willing to take on basic tasks such as retail store visits, and attaching pricetags to product boxes

• Basic understanding of retail logistics and supply chain processes would be a plus

• Proactive problem-solving skills to address operational challenges and optimise processes
