About the Role
We are looking for a Junior to Mid-Level ML Engineer to join the Model Engineering team. This role is suited for someone who enjoys working hands-on with computer vision models and understands models as systems to be trained, evaluated, improved, and optimised. You will work across the model lifecycle, including dataset preparation, architecture development, model training, evaluation, performance analysis, and optimisation for real-world computer vision applications.

Responsibilities

• Train, fine-tune, and evaluate computer vision models for classification, object detection, segmentation, pose estimation, and action recognition.

About The Role

We value the importance of having a robust engineering team that would serve as a key pillar for sustained commercial success. To that end, we are looking for a Verification & Validation (V&V) Engineer to join us on this journey. • Solid understanding of standards such as IEC 60601-1, IEC 60601-1-2 and ISO 14971 is an advantage.
• Proven experience in developing and executing design verification protocols, generating test reports within a New Product Development (NPD) environment.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks and ability to interpret technical drawings is a plus.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and methodologies such as Gage R&R and Minitab is a plus.

Job Overview

• This role will require to handle walk-in at the IT Concierge counter.
• Provide level 1 to 1.5 IT support
• Accompany vendors to restricted area
• Onboarding users device

Key Responsibilities

1. IT trained with IT frontline experience.
2. Support consists of IT Service Management (ITSM) tickets, requests, walk-in, on-site, self-help kiosk, VIP phone, on/offboarding of systems, hardware/software support
3. Address and resolves basic incident, walk in and requests, logs all incidents and requests; engages Subject Matter Experts to resolve incidents that are beyond the scope of their ability or responsibilities.
4. Ensure proper escalation of all tickets to respective departments promptly after gathering the necessary information / basic troubleshooting done. Critical tickets involving any security related matters or data breached to be escalated within an hour.
5. Document resolutions and updates self-help and knowledge base. Grows general knowledge of current IT application and services, increasing ability to resolve requests on first contact.
6. Network troubleshooting, both wired and wireless using Fluke testing device.
7. Verification of whitelisted USB device and to perform whitelisting of USB device
8. Troubleshooting of hardware problem for PCs and PC peripherals, and reporting to vendor for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
9. Software Installation, Elevated Administrator access requirements and Software Security Compliance checking for onboarded / corporate systems
10. Removal and Secure Erasing of storage media for write off
11. Secure Token connectivity issue
12. Password reset for corporate user accounts
13. Expected to move IT equipment with the proper handling tool

• Prepare engineering calculations and equipment specifications.
• Review vendor and subcontractor designs.
• Support installation and commissioning activities.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or other related Engineering disciplines.
• Experience in semiconductor utility systems.
• Knowledge of SEMI standards.
• Experience in design and site execution.
