About the role…

ALP, an innovative firm specializing in logistic property development, is seeking Automation Maintenance Engineers to oversee the efficient operations of our upcoming Smart Logistic Warehouse near Bukit Raja, Selangor. This pivotal role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including setup field maintenance performance targets (efficiency & cost) and execution plans for maintenance teams.

The Automation Maintenance Engineer will collaborate closely with internal teams, including solution planning, property management, and IT, to optimize automation performance and ensure integration of state-of-the-art technology. Externally, the role involves coordination with key stakeholders such as equipment suppliers, and tenants.

What you will do…

• Coordinate and manage subcontracted maintenance operation teams
• Implement the automatic equipment and drive extensive tests
• Regular automatic equipment troubleshooting and recovery
• Regular automatic equipment maintenance

• Assist the Project Manager in both on-site and off-site meetings related to technical matters
• Prepare and submit architectural samples, shop drawings, and related documents to consultants and relevant authorities
• Coordinate and monitor site work progress, including conducting regular site inspections and attending project meetings
• Support project execution to ensure work progresses according to schedule
• Perform site supervision and coordinate effectively with subcontractors, Resident Engineers (RE), and Resident Technical Officers (RTO)

Requirements:
