Tanggungjawab:

• Menyediakan sokongan IT asas kepada pekerja.
• Membantu dalam menyediakan komputer, pencetak dan peranti lain.

Keperluan:

• Pengetahuan asas tentang perkakasan, perisian dan rangkaian komputer.
• Kemahiran menyelesaikan masalah dan komunikasi yang baik.
• Bersedia untuk belajar dan bekerja dalam persekitaran berpasukan.

Responsibilities:

• Provide basic IT support to employees.
• Assist in setting up computers, printers, and other devices.
• Troubleshoot simple hardware and software issues.
• Help maintain IT equipment and inventory records.
• Support system updates, installations, and data backup activities.
• Assist with documentation and administrative IT tasks.
• Perform other duties assigned by the IT Department.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing (Mandarin Speaker) to liaise with International Supplier to become part of our expanding team. Internship is also wlecome.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing products from both local and international suppliers - From China
• Help update records related to product costing and pricing.
• Support the maintenance of the supplier database and communication.
• Aid in tracking and coordinating ongoing projects to ensure they are submitted and delivered on time.
• Assist in managing customer inquiries and follow-ups.
• Help foster strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
• Provide general support to the sales and marketing team in everyday operations.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily bank reconciliation report.
• Maintain proper record and organisation of filling system.
• Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts administration tasks.
• Complete weekly bank recon to ensure no discrepancy in banking.
• Check on petty cash returns from branches and issue reimbursement cheque.
• Check on staff expenses claim and input to staff claim template.
• Perform monthly bank statement reconciliation and resolve discrepancy if any.
• Any other ad hoc assignment.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields with professional qualifications.
• Experienced in Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk.
• Possess good knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
• Familiar with accounting standards, tax laws, and filling procedure.
• Excellent math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors.
• Advance level in MS Excel and good knowledge of accounting software.
• Organization and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
