Role Overview

We are a growing SME in the automotive financing sector, currently building new digital systems to improve our financing operations, dealer management, customer onboarding and internal workflows. As part of this, we are strengthening how we track our data and produce management reporting.

We are looking for a hands-on junior team member to support these digital and reporting initiatives. Working closely with and under the direction of the General Manager, the role helps document workflows, build dashboards and reports, test new systems, and support staff in using them day to day.

This is a learning and execution role. You will not be expected to lead vendor relationships or sign off on requirements on your own — those sit with the General Manager. Instead, you will do the hands-on work that turns plans into working systems and clear reports, and grow into greater ownership over time.

Reporting To

This role reports directly to the General Manager, who sets priorities, approves requirements, and holds the relationships with external technology partners. The role works alongside the operations, finance and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

1.  Process & Workflow Support

•    Help document the company’s current financing, dealer, customer and administrative workflows.

•    Note where there is duplicated work, manual effort or room for automation, and raise these to the GM.

•    Draw clear workflow diagrams of existing and proposed processes.

2.  Reporting & Dashboards

•    Build and maintain dashboards and reports under the GM’s direction, covering areas such as the loan book, disbursement, credit quality and collections.

•    Help keep reporting consistent so everyone works from the same numbers.

•    Check data for errors and inconsistencies, and help clean up records.

•    Use Excel or Google Sheets, and business intelligence tool such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker Studio.

3.  Requirements & Coordination Support

•    Help gather requirements from users and write them up clearly for the GM to review.

•    Prepare simple user stories, notes and acceptance criteria.

•    Help track open questions, pending decisions and outstanding items, and follow up on them.

•    Support communication with external development partners, with the GM holding the relationship.

4.  Testing & Quality Checks

•    Prepare and run user acceptance testing on new features against agreed requirements.

•    Record bugs, gaps and improvement requests clearly.

•    Help re-test fixes and confirm systems are ready before use.

5.  Implementation & User Support

•    Help prepare user guides, SOPs and simple training materials.

•    Support staff in learning new systems and workflows.

•    Check in on how systems are being used after launch and gather feedback.

6.  Simple Tools & Automation

•    Build simple spreadsheets, calculators or trackers where useful.

•    Try low-code, no-code or AI-assisted tools to test ideas quickly, under guidance.

•    Always check with the GM or the development partner before changes that could affect live systems or data.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Analyst to join the Agentic Intelligence Business Unit, supporting initiatives across data automation, process optimization, and agentic (AI-driven) automation solutions. This is a junior role ideal for candidates starting their careers in automation, data Automation, and intelligent process transformation.

Scope of Activities include but no limited to:

• Support delivery of data, process, and agentic automation projects across client engagements and internal initiatives.
• Assist in analysing business processes and data workflows to identify automation and optimization opportunities.
• Work with senior team members to design and implement automation solutions using low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, Alteryx, Xceptor) and emerging agentic tools.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines (ETL/ELT) for ingestion, transformation, and integration across various systems.
• Good to have Integration experience from multiple sources including databases, APIs, and cloud platforms.
• Translate business requirements and process flows into structured automation workflows and technical solutions.
• Contribute to documentation including Business Requirements (BRD), Process Definition (PDD), and Solution Design Documents (SDD).
• Support the automation lifecycle – including development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Create and execute test cases and scenarios for system integration, UAT, and production readiness.
• Monitor and troubleshoot automation processes, perform root cause analysis, and resolve issues within SLA timelines.

Experience, Knowledge & Skills Requirements

• 0–2 years of relevant experience in data, automation, or software development (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Foundational knowledge of programming/scripting (e.g., Python, Java, C#, VBA, or SQL) is preferred.
• Basic understanding of data processing, ETL/ELT concepts, and APIs.
• Exposure to or willingness to learn low-code/no-code and RPA tools (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath, Alteryx, Xceptor).
• Interest in AI/Agentic automation, decisioning systems, or intelligent workflows is an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to break down problems and propose structured solutions.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), including Agile methodologies (preferred).
• Ability to interpret process diagrams and business requirements into technical implementations.

• Strong financial planning and forecasting discipline with high ownership of regional reporting and planning processes
• Structured thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, multi-country and matrix environment
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across functions, cultures and regional teams
