Job Description & Requirements:

Test Program Manager will work closely with the respective stakeholders across the organisation to drive testing Projects which is aligned to organisation's transformation strategy.

Reporting to the Digital Domain Lead, the candidate will ensure the overall successful delivery of all testing services for Cross Border Payments + NPS Enhancements and upgrade Project, change requests and production fixes under Digital domain suite of applications.

The candidate is also expected to manage and ensure the successful delivery of testing services provided by organisation's appointed test service providers, and in accordance with the organization’s standards and processes.

·        Overall accountable and responsible for delivery of testing services one or more applications and/or projects of Digital domain applications.

The Infrastructure Project Manager is responsible for end‑to‑end delivery of a large‑scale, highly critical infrastructure program spanning on‑premises, security, monitoring and ITSM platforms. We are seeking an IT Project Manager to lead enterprise network infrastructure projects across LAN, WAN, Wireless, Data Centre, Cloud Connectivity, and Network Security environments. The role involves managing end-to-end project delivery while working closely with technical teams to support network design, implementation, migration, and optimization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of network infrastructure projects, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives are met.

• Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Support the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise network solutions across LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, Wireless, Data Centre, and Cloud environments.

• Coordinate network migrations, upgrades, refreshes, and deployment activities.

• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalation processes.

• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and operational standards.

• Oversee vendor management, procurement activities, and service delivery performance.

• Prepare project plans, status reports, and project documentation.

• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and application teams to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements
