Job Purpose

We are seeking a detail-oriented, hands-on Project Engineer cum Construction Supervisor

specializing in landed properties (New Build / Rebuild / A&A works)

You will manage the entire lifecycle of luxury house construction, bridging engineering compliance with meticulous on-site craftsmanship. This role requires excellent coordination skills to manage premium finishing subcontractors and strict adherence to Singapore’s regulatory frameworks (BCA, URA, PUB, MOM, NEA, etc) while delivering bespoke homes to private clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Management & Finishing Supervision

• Supervise day-to-day site progress for landed structural works (piling, RC works) up to high-end architectural finishing.
• Coordinate niche subcontractors (e.g., structural, M&E, glazing, custom carpentry, stonework) to ensure precise execution.
• Enforce strict quality control on architectural details, ensuring all premium materials are installed to luxury standards.
• Maintain site safety and housekeeping in tight residential zones, ensuring minimal disruption to immediate neighbours.

2. Technical Coordination & Statutory Compliance

• Interpret structural and architectural drawings, identifying and resolving design clashes before they impact site progress.
• Prepare and submit Request for Information (RFIs) to architects, structural engineers, and interior designers.
• Coordinate authority inspections and ensure compliance with BCA, PUB, NEA, and MOM regulations.
• Manage material procurement schedules, tracking long-lead luxury items to prevent project delays.
• Document daily site logs, progress photos, and variation orders (VOs) to present to the Project Manager and clients.

Job Requirements

1. Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building, or Sustainable Infrastructure Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of local construction experience, specifically handling landed properties (Bungalows, Semi-D, Terraces) or premium residential A&A/rebuild projects.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Singapore building codes, BCA submissions, and landed property setback guidelines.
• Certifications: CoreTrade registration or valid Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) certifications (e.g., BCSS / Supervise Construction Work for WSH) are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key liaison between contractors, consultants, and clients to facilitate effective communication and coordination.

• Promptly report all quality concerns, safety issues, and progress challenges to the Project QP or Consultant team.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized university, with accreditation as a Registered Resident Engineer with the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES).

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Resident Engineer, with proven exposure to private high-rise developments, industrial facilities (e.g., factories), HDB projects, and infrastructure works under CAG and LTA.

• Thorough knowledge of the Building Control Act, relevant regulations, and standard forms of contract.

• Demonstrated capability in contract administration, including maintaining proper site documentation and compliance with statutory reporting requirements.

• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

Role Purpose:

• Progressing all elements of design in-line with the Design Checklist;
• Prepare electrical tender packages including specification and drawings;

• Tendering and estimating of electrical works for projects prior to award;
• Compilation and Review of Operation and Maintenance Dossier for Projects

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the System Supervisor is provided with the current shop and space management drawings, specifications, approved technical submittals and all approved changes in scope;
• Ensuring the System Supervisor is fully briefed on the awarded scope of work, the tender technical documents and all contractual revisions to tender documentation;
• Evaluating technical submittals for specification and client requirement compliance;
• Approving Test Packs at each step of construction through to completion;

1. Design and coordinate (M&E) building services to meetproject standards.
2. Consult with regulatory authorities to obtain necessary approvals ensurefull compliance with statutory and project requirements.
3. Prepare detailed tender drawings and cost estimation.
4. Review shop drawings and technical specifications.
5. Monitor project progress and ensure smooth implementation of project.
6. Attend / conduct project meeting, site supervision and inspection carriedout to the systems by contractors.

Job Description

* To diagnose and resolve software and hardware-related incidents, including operating systems (Windows and MacOS) and across a range of standard software applications.
* To assist all our users with any logged IT-related incident.
* To take ownership of End User Computing issues by carrying out problem analysis to implement temporary or permanent fixes with the aim of restoring service to the customer as soon as possible.
* To act as escalation level 2 support to the team and junior engineers.
* To escalate incidents to other support teams where necessary.
* To accurately record, update, and document requests using the ITSM system.
* To perform IMACD service requests (install, move, add, change & decommission) of IT equipment and software.
* To lead and manage team resources including scheduling and assignment where required.
* To maintain a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.
* To maintain a cordial and respectful relationship with the client's point of contact.

Job Requirement

* Minimum ITE/Diploma or equivalent education.
* Minimum 1-3 years experience with general desktop support.
* Relevant experience will be considered with training provided.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day technology requirements of our proprietary trading systems
• Accelerate trading and research analysis workflows by utilizing and expanding on the Firm’s in-house infrastructure and improve productivity
• Evaluate new technologies and identify/deprecate legacy code to improve on the current technological stack
• Collaborate with other engineers, traders, and researchers to design custom frameworks or end-user solutions
• Write performance sensitive code and user-friendly APIs to facilitate access to our in-house data analysis infrastructure
• Lead design discussions and conduct code reviews to maintain high standards and quality of written code

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related Engineering discipline
• 6+ years of experience building demanding, live systems in Python
• In-depth knowledge of Python and keeps up with current standards (3.11 onwards)
• Up-to-date knowledge of the Python ecosystem: third party libraries, packaging in-built Python libraries
• Knowledge of systems language such as C, C++, Rust, etc.
• Solid understanding of data structures
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must care about the user-experience/UX component
• Knowledge of CI software, such as TeamCity or Jenkins
• Familiarity with Linux
• Ability to mentor others and lead small projects
