What you'll be doing

1. Performing a variety of clerical duties, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning
2. Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, both physical and electronic
3. Maintaining and updating records, databases, and other administrative systems
4. Providing general administrative support to the team as needed

What we're looking for

1. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
2. Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
3. Proficient in using common office software, such as Microsoft Office suite
4. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Construction and Landscaping
• Position Title: General Admin / Admin Assistant
• Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM; Friday 8:15 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Perform basic admin tasks (data entry, email replies).
• Answer and route incoming calls.
• Coordinate goods receipt and dispatch.
• Handle document binding, photocopying, and filing.
• Monitor stationery inventory and place orders.
• Prepare courier shipments and documents.
• Assist with hospitality duties and pantry upkeep.
• Any ad hoc duties assigned.
