Qualifications:
Previous customer service or hospitality experience: Whether in cafés, restaurants, or retail, we value your experience in making people feel welcome.
Strong communication skills: You know how to engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner and handle different situations with ease.
A genuine love for people: You’re someone who enjoys meeting new people, making connections, and ensuring they have an unforgettable time.
Attention to detail: You understand that the little things—like remembering a guest’s name or offering a personalized recommendation—can make all the difference.
Barista experience: For baristas, previous experience with espresso machines, coffee drinks, and providing excellent coffee service is a big plus.
