Responsible

Job Scope

Our client is seeking a technically strong Financial Controller to lead group financial reporting, consolidation, and SGX requirements. You will own the end-to-end preparation of consolidated financial statements, oversee annual and interim reports, and ensure timely submissions to SGX and relevant regulators. You will manage the monthly group consolidation across subsidiaries, produce the quarterly board pack, and provide technical accounting guidance on complex areas including revenue recognition and share-based payments. POSITION DESCRIPTION: 

The Internal Controller will be responsible for ensuring a strong internal control environment through the development of policies and procedures and will be involved in projects of varying complexity and scope on all aspects of the organization including financial, regulatory and operational. 

ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
