Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day administrative/operations work
• Assist in the preparation of Client profile summary and Quotation.
• Develop and maintain a filing system.
• Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
• Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant.
• Able to speak/write in Chinese Mandarin and English
• Possess a driving license and owning transport has an advantage
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.
• Excel in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
• Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Possess at least Diploma in Business Administration or relevant field; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.

About the role

You will be responsible for building strong relationships with both new and existing customers, identifying sales opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

• Generate new leads through outreach and networking.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales in your assigned area.
• Provide personalized support to customers throughout the sales process.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and pipeline.
• Work with other teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new products.

What we're looking for

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar sales role, preferably in Sales Representatives/Consultants from similar Industry.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build client relationships.
• Proven negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about delivering great customer service.
• Relevant sales, marketing, or related certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of accounts for to achieve long-term success for our scientific products.
• Develop positive relationships with clients (mainly government hospitals and clinics).
• Act as the point of contact and handle customers' individual needs.
• Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks.
• Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
• Report on the status of accounts and transactions for area responsible (mainly East Coast).
• Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.
• Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).

Requirements:

• Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
• Knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel, Words AND MS PowerPoint in particular).
• Familiarity of sales performance metrics.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time.
• Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Science /Biotech or relevant field.
