• Liaise with auditors, legal, M&A, and business finance teams on audit, reporting and transactional matters
• Provide technical accounting support and assist in drafting accounting memos, policy updates, and documentation
• Contribute to implementation and enhancement of SOX controls, systems, and finance processes to strengthen governance
• Participate in ad-hoc projects, including internal restructuring, M&A activities, and adoption of new accounting standards

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting or other related professional qualification in accounting, such as the ACCA and CPA etc. 
• Minimum 2 years of relevant full-time working experience in audit or financial reporting role
• Experience in group consolidation is desired
• Experience in Big 4 external audit is desired
• Passionate in the finance space and loves to challenge the status quo
• Thrives in dynamic environments and is committed to delivering high-quality results
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
• Strong logical and analytical thinking skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  

This position is offered as a 1-year contract (renewable), depending on business needs at the time of hiring, and is subject to approval of the necessary work authorization by the Singapore Ministry of Manpower (if applicable).
