We are seeking a highly talented and skilled engineer to join our team as an End User Services Engineer. The team is responsible for the monitoring/supporting of our windows infrastructure, Citrix VDI platform, SaaS platforms, and desktop applications as well as resolving direct technical issues across a global platform of end-users including investment professionals, middle & back-office employees, and technologists. This role is hands-on and would allow the opportunity to work on both front-end support as well as back-end engineering while focused on continuously improving user experience. We expect innovative ideas and solutions regarding user experience to be the digital enabler for the business.

What You’ll Do

The End User Services Engineer will be part of a global EUS team, while primary office coverage for the Singapore office. You will be tasked with not only providing technical support to users, but also helping with projects and rollouts such as desktop cloud migrations, mobile endpoint program & physical office expansions to provide a consistent user experience. You will be part of a global 24/7 dynamic workforce that will require extending support to all Schonfeld locations in a collaborative manner. IT/OT Onsite Engineer

• Experience in integrating IT networks with OT systems.
• Working knowledge with handling OT assets - HMIs, PLCs, Scada, Sensors, Inspection machines (CMM, CNCs), 3D printers etc

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Interpret customer’s project specifications, and prepare technical and commercial proposals for process control, safety instrumented system, SCADA, PLC/RTU, solution packages, cyber security, Yokogawa partners’ solutions for timely internal review and submission to customer.

• Work closely with direct sales, marketing, subject-matter-experts, project team and teams from other disciplines as well as vendors / sub-contractors to provide a complete and competitive solution.

• Perform site survey, gather information at site, and identify customer’s needs for brownfield projects.

• Participate in customer meetings for such as solution presentation, technical clarification, etc

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Degree in Engineering — preferably in Instrumentation & Control, Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering, to ensure strong technical grounding.

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), or related solution packages

• Sales experience — involvement in technical sales, customer engagement, or solution selling.

• System engineering background — exposure to design, integration, and technical proposal preparation.

• Project handling skills — ability to manage timelines, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of automation solutions
