Role Overview

This role is primarily focused on digital marketing execution, content creation, and lightweight design production, with additional support in basic operational and coordination tasks.

Your day-to-day work will center on:

• Social media content creation and management
• Simple graphic design and visual production
• Basic marketing execution support across digital channels
• Light operational/coordination work (documentation, internal communication, scheduling support)

Key Responsibilities

• Create and publish visual content across marketing channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, email campaigns, website, etc.)

• Apply design functions (and taste) to produce unique design elements (e.g., Typography, Colours, Iconography, Retouching).
• Collaborate with project managers/scrum coaches to devise a design plan and deliverables, demonstrating understanding of SCRUM.
• Mentor and lead cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of curiosity and experimentation. ○ Partner with developers, strategists, and business teams to bring concepts from ideation to execution, integrating design ops and automation.
• Understand the influence of solid strategy on user experience, particularly in tech and AI contexts.

Prerequisites

• 6+ years of experience as a Senior UX Designer or similar role
• Proficient in Figma, Adobe Suite, and Midjourney
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills
• Integrate AI into research, design, and delivery workflows to accelerate strategy and prototyping
• Use generative AI to create new storytelling formats, design assets, and innovative user experiences
• Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to grow reputation, business, and talent
• Partner with Growth Team on business development: proposals, approaches, and client presentations
• Identify market and project opportunities with business teams
• Translate insights and briefs into actionable strategies and solutions
• Uphold creative quality across all project outputs and deliveries

Roles Description:

The role will be a Digital Marketing Account Manager (AM). The AM will be handling our clients' Digital Marketing campaigns. He or she is also expected to manage our clients and optimise their campaigns in line with best practices.

Specific Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities of the role are to conceptualise, set up, optimise the performance of the digital marketing accounts, and update clients regarding the campaign performance.

Competencies:

The AM will have an in-depth understanding of Digital Marketing and also gain confidence in client management. He or She will be able to set up and run the campaigns independently. In addition, he or she would analyse data to optimise campaign performance.
