• As-Built BIM Model/Drawings: Compiling and handing over architectural as-built BIM Model/drawings upon project completion.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Architecture or a related field.
• At least 3 years or more of experience as a Design Coordinator or Architectural Coordinator working on Design & Build condominium projects for A1 main contractors.
• Proficiency in software (ACAD/Revit/Naviswork/Enscape).
• Familiar with local authorities (URA/BCA/NEA/PUB/SCDF/LTA/Nparks) requirements. Strong knowledge of architectural design detailing and construction processes.
• Ability builds up good relationships with consultants, work independently and as part of a team.
• Candidates with more experience can be considered for Senior Architectural Design Coordinator role.
