Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end Murex MX.3 Datamart reporting workstream across Front Office, Back Office, Risk, and Finance functions.
• Gather reporting requirements from business stakeholders and design Datamart solutions, data models, and reporting architecture.
• Configure and develop Murex Datamart components including dynamic tables, feeders, processing scripts, scanner templates, and reporting objects.
• Optimize batch processing, SQL performance, EOD reporting workflows, and report execution efficiency.
• Lead Datamart migrations, report validation, UAT support, stakeholder management, and mentor a team of Datamart developers/consultants.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Murex MX.3 Datamart experience with strong expertise in Datamart architecture, configuration, and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamic Tables, Feeders, Processing Scripts, Scanner Templates, Extractions, and Reporting Tables.
• Strong knowledge of Market Risk and Credit Risk reporting, including VaR, Sensitivities, PFE, and Risk Matrix reporting.
• Advanced SQL (Oracle/Sybase), Unix/Linux, Shell Scripting, and reporting performance optimization skills.
• Experience leading Datamart teams and working with capital markets products such as FX, Fixed Income, Interest Rate Derivatives, and Money Markets.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions using LLMs (e.g., GPT-based or open-source models)
• Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for enterprise use cases
• Develop agentic AI systems capable of autonomous reasoning, planning, and task execution
• Architect and deliver goal-based AI platforms with full-stack capabilities (frontend, backend, APIs)
• Integrate AI models into scalable applications using microservices architecture
• Deploy, monitor, and scale AI workloads on AWS (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, SageMaker)
• Apply NLP techniques for text processing, semantic search, classification, and summarization
• Work with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, OpenSearch)
• Ensure model performance, reliability, and security in production environments

Requirements

Responsibilities:

Commercial & Daily Operations

• Handle day-to-day commercial operational matters for vessel (Chemical tankers and Floating Storage Unit), covering vessel lineup, employment potential, and active trading routes
• Monitor and support commercial decision‑making for current and prospective voyages in coordination with market conditions
• Maintain close oversight of fleet deployment from a commercial perspective to optimize utilization and revenue

Cross‑Functional Coordination

• Coordinate closely with the Operations team and other Business Units to ensure smooth commercial and operational execution
• Support alignment between commercial commitments and operational capabilities

Contracts & Commercial Documentation

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and administering commercial contracts, including Charterparties, Storage Agreements, STS Agreements, and related commercial documentation
• Ensure contracts reflect agreed commercial terms and minimize contractual and operational risks

Client & Market Engagement

• Build, sustain, and strengthen business relationships with traders, operators, charterers, and brokers
• Act as a key commercial contact for external stakeholders on employment and operational matters
• Maintain close awareness of the tanker market, industry trends, regulatory developments, and clients’ evolving requirements

Commercial Intelligence & Reporting

• Track market movements, competitor activity, and industry news relevant to fleet employment
• Provide commercial inputs, updates, and ad-hoc reporting to management as required

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline
