Job Summary

As a Senior Cost Manager, you will lead the delivery of cost management services for large-scale data centre and mission-critical developments, with a strong focus on MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) systems and high-value packages.

You will be responsible for driving cost control, commercial strategy, and financial performance across the full lifecycle of projects, ensuring alignment with programme, procurement strategy, and delivery objectives. Team Leadership & Development

• Prepare employment letters, register new hires for medical insurance, and update internal HR systems. Maintain accurate employee records and personal files (P-files).

• Handle HR-related billing and reporting across Asia countries.
• Manage HR operations across Asia region (including probation tracking, contract renewals, job changes, terminations and more)
• Work closely with the business leaders as a strategic partner on HR matters.
• First point of contact for employees & managers to provide support for individual needs on HR processes.
• Prepare monthly payroll instruction file with supporting documents as per local legislations.
