Job Position : Quantity Surveyor / Contract Executive
Cost & Budget Management
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
- Monitor project costs and cash flow
- Conduct cost analysis and value engineering
- Evaluate variation orders (VO) and claims
Contract Administration
- Draft, review, and manage contracts
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions
- Handle contractual correspondence and documentation
- Manage extension of time (EOT) and contractual claims
Measurement & Valuation
- Prepare Bill of Quantities (BQ)
- Carry out site measurements and progress valuations
- Verify subcontractor claims and invoices
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain proper project records and documentation
- Prepare cost reports and progress reports
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and internal teams
