Job Description

• Ensure the legal integrity of contracts to protect the company's interests and prevent potential legal issues.
• Advise on the appropriate legal structures for project entities (e.g., joint ventures, SPVs) and ensure their compliance with local and international laws.
• Address international legal considerations, including trade laws, export controls, and multi-jurisdictional regulatory requirements.

Managing a team of three direct reports (covering People Partnering, Industrial/Employee Relations, and People Experience), your mandate is to take complete ownership of day-to-day operational execution, policy governance, and budget tracking.
