Menyelia dan menyelaras kerja-kerja pemasangan cerucuk di tapak
Mengawasi operasi harian di tapak pembinaan, memastikan pelaksanaan projek berjalan lancar.
Menyelia subkontraktor dan pekerja pembinaan bagi memastikan piawaian kerja dan keselamatan yang berkualiti tinggi dipenuhi.
Menjalankan pemeriksaan dan semakan kualiti bagi memastikan kerja memenuhi spesifikasi projek dan piawaian industri.
Bekerjasama dengan pasukan projek untuk menyelesaikan masalah dan sebarang masalah teknikal di tapak.
Memastikan pematuhan terhadap peraturan kesihatan, keselamatan dan alam sekitar di tapak pembinaan.
Mengekalkan log dan laporan harian mengenai kemajuan, isu dan aktiviti tapak.
Pastikan dokumentasi ukuran tapak, lukisan dan resit bahan yang betul.
Berhubung dengan pengurus projek, arkitek dan jurutera lain untuk memastikan projek berjalan lancar.
Berkomunikasi secara berkesan dengan pembekal, subkontraktor dan pekerja untuk mengekalkan aliran kerja.
Menghadiri mesyuarat untuk menyediakan maklumat terkini di tapak dan menyelesaikan sebarang masalah teknikal atau logistik.
Pantau penggunaan bahan dan pastikan kawalan inventori yang betul.
Mengambil bahagian dalam tinjauan tapak dan membantu dalam menilai keadaan, kebolehcapaian dan keperluan tapak.
Membantu dalam merancang dan menyediakan jadual kerja dan jadual waktu.

Keperluan:

Pendidikan: Diploma atau Ijazah dalam bidang Kejuruteraan atau bidang berkaitan.
Pengalaman: Sekurang-kurangnya 1-2 tahun pengalaman dalam peranan jurutera tapak atau pengalaman pembinaan yang berkaitan.
Kemahiran dalam Microsoft Office dan perisian kejuruteraan asas (cth., AutoCAD, MS Project).
Kemahiran komunikasi dan organisasi yang kuat.
Pemahaman yang baik tentang proses pembinaan, piawaian keselamatan dan peraturan bangunan.
Kebolehan menguruskan pelbagai tugasan dan bekerja di bawah tekanan.
